To ensure we can assist you as efficiently as possible, please make sure your email includes the following information:

  • Your order number (if you have a question about your order)
  • Tracking number or a picture of the return receipt from the carrier (if you have a question about your return)
  • Product number (if you have a question about a product/availability)
  • A picture of the product (if it's a complaint)
