When returning one or more items from an order paid with a discount code, you will be refunded the amount you paid for each item after the discount was applied. The discount is not re-applied to the items you keep after the return. The discount is always calculated based on the original total amount of the order.

Currently, Nanso does not offer a loyalty program for its international markets. While we are always looking for ways to enhance our customer experience, this particular offering is not available at the moment. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

You can choose the delivery method that suits you best at the checkout of our online store. Your order will be delivered with your chosen delivery method. You can pick up your package once you have received the arrival notification.

To return an item, initiate the return through our return portal.

Pack the return shipment and mark the items to be returned on the shipping label. Returned products must be handled carefully and should be unused (except for trying them on) and in their original packaging. The product tags must remain attached. Nanso reserves the right to reject a return if the product or its packaging no longer corresponds to a new, unused item. Opened Vogue sock and tights products are not eligible for return or exchange. Pack the returned items and shipping list, for example, in the original shipping packaging.

If your return tracking indicates successful delivery, but you haven't received your refund, contact our customer support for assistance.

If you opted for a non-tracked return service, ensure you keep proof of return. Without tracking, processing your refund may take longer.

For returned items, it can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:

1. Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse
2. Processing and inspection for refund approval
3. Authorization to finance department to issue refund
4. It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund.

Should your refund not be processed within the 21 business days, please send us the tracking number for the returned package so that we can investigate further.

At Nanso, we currently do not offer exchanges for products purchased from our online store. If you'd like to change the size or color of an item, or exchange it for a different product, simply return the item and place a new order.

Nanso takes responsibility for every product it sells. We want to be worthy of our customers’ trust, even in the case of defective products.

For complaints regarding products purchased from our online store, please contact our customer service at customerservice@nansogroup.com. Please include a photo and a written description of the defect in your message, as well as the name of the defective product and the order number from your purchase.

The complaint period for products is 12 months from the date of purchase. If you wish to make a complaint, please notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect.

For products purchased from a physical store, we ask you to contact the store where the item was purchased.

If you bought the product from a reseller, please contact the original place of purchase.
