Occasionally, individual items may be returned and become available again.
We recommend subscribing to a back-in-stock notification via email by clicking “Notify me when available” on the product page. If the item becomes available, we advise placing your order immediately, as it's usually a single piece.
Once your order has been confirmed, it can no longer be modified. It is not possible to add or remove products or change details such as size, color, or delivery method.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at customerservice@nansogroup.com. We will check whether the order can still be stopped before it has been processed or shipped.
You can also cancel your order via our returns portal.
Under EU legislation, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can either use our returns portal or contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process.
After a valid cancellation or withdrawal, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with applicable legislation.
Promo codes and discounts
You can enter a discount code for your online order after adding the desired products to your cart.
When you proceed to checkout, you’ll find a field titled “Gift card, campaign or discount code.” On desktop, this field appears on the right-hand side, and on mobile, it can be accessed by opening “View order summary.” Paste or type your code into the field. Click “Apply,” and the price will update to reflect the discount. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
Terms of the discount codes are included in the campaign message or on the campaign page.
No. If you have multiple discount or promo codes and try to apply them at checkout, only the one with the highest discount will be applied, as codes cannot be combined.
When returning one or more items from an order paid with a discount code, you will be refunded the amount you paid for each item after the discount was applied. The discount is not re-applied to the items you keep after the return. The discount is always calculated based on the original total amount of the order.
Benefit: Your friend gets 15% off their order. When they purchase, you get 15% off your next order.
1. You will see your unique referral link in the thank you page, after you have placed an order. Share this link to your friend.
2. When your friend makes a purchase through your link, the 15 % off discount will be automatically applied.
3. You will receive your 15 % discount via email. When you shop through that link, the discount will be automatically applied.
Terms: 15% off total order value. No minimum purchase. Single use per person, valid 30 days. Can combine with free shipping but not with other discount codes. Friends must be first-time customers. You can refer as many friend as you like and you will receive discount codes for each purchase.
Customer Account
Currently, Nanso does not offer a loyalty program for its international markets. While we are always looking for ways to enhance our customer experience, this particular offering is not available at the moment. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
If you forget your password, go to the homepage and click the "Login" link at the top. Then, select the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter the email address you provided during registration, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Shipping
You can choose the delivery method that suits you best at the checkout of our online store. Your order will be delivered with your chosen delivery method. You can pick up your package once you have received the arrival notification.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping method. Specific delivery timeframes are provided during the checkout process.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment. You can also track your order here.
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders. The amount of duties & taxes applied depends on the value of the order and the destination country/location.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and order details. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
Returns
To return an item, please see our returns and refunds help page for instructions.
Pack the return shipment and mark the items to be returned on the shipping label within 28 days from dispatch. Returned products must be handled carefully and should be unused (except for trying them on) and in their original packaging. The product tags must remain attached. Nanso reserves the right to reject a return if the product or its packaging no longer corresponds to a new, unused item. Opened Vogue sock and tights products are not eligible for return or exchange. Pack the returned items and shipping list, for example, in the original shipping packaging.
If your return tracking indicates successful delivery, but you haven't received your refund, please see our returns and refunds help page for further assistance.
If you opted for a non-tracked return service, ensure you keep proof of return. Without tracking, processing your refund may take longer.
For returned items, it can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:
1. Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse
2. Processing and inspection for refund approval
3. Authorization to finance department to issue refund
4. It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund.

At Nanso, we currently do not offer exchanges for products purchased from our online store. If you'd like to change the size or color of an item, or exchange it for a different product, simply return the item and place a new order.

If you purchased the item from our online store, please visit our returns and refunds help page to submit your claim.
Please include photos of the faulty or damaged item, a brief description of the issue, the name of the product and your order number.
If the item was purchased from a Nanso store, please contact the store where it was purchased.
If you bought the item from a retailer, please contact the original place of purchase.
